1968 – The Beginning of the Journey

Torcisão Trefilados was founded in 1968, focused on developing materials for the automotive industry, standing out for its rigorous technical and quality control.

1975 – Strategic Changes

The company undergoes a change of corporate name, consolidating itself as "Industry and Commerce of Drawn Iron and Steel, Washers, Rivets, Grease Fittings, Nuts, Bolts, Nails and General Turned Parts.

1978 – New Headquarters, New Identity

The headquarters is moved to Vila Liviero, São Paulo, marking not only a change of address but also an expansion of the scope of operations.

1999 – New Directions with Current Management

Torcisão undergoes an acquisition by the current management team, driving a phase of renewal and growth.

2005 – Torcisão Industrial Comes to Life

Torcisão Industrial emerges, now with its own headquarters, starting its activities focused on manufacturing accessories for shoring, formwork and scaffolding.

2006 – Expansion into Civil Construction

In 2006, capitalizing on the growth of civil construction, Torcisão Industrial diversifies its activities, establishing itself as a benchmark in manufacturing products for this sector.

2011 – Prestressing Unit

The company launched the prestressing unit in 2011, expanding its scope to serve clients on major construction projects across Brazil.

2013 – Advancing into Mining and Tunnels

Torcisão begins manufacturing threaded bars in 2013, expanding its portfolio to meet the demands of rock support in underground excavations.

2014 – Specialization in Grounding Rods

Torcisão Trefilados specializes in the manufacturing of grounding rods, precisely serving various infrastructure and civil construction projects.

2015 – Entry into the Energy Sector

Torcisão Industrial expands its activities into the energy sector, producing quality products for foundations in energy infrastructure projects.

2016 – Own Headquarters in Ribeirão Pires
